Hello, asker of questions! How may we help you?
If you have any questions you don’t see answered here, you can email us any time at [email protected].
Is it true I can look up my player stats?
Yes! In fact it is free to look up your own player stats. All you need to do is create an account.
What kind of Stats are these?
Currently we offer various statistics based on tournament results. Cumulative statistics such as ROI (return on investment) and ITM% (percentage in money) and so on are listed. A graph with the x-axis representing time (either by date or the number of tournaments played) and the y-axis representing cumulative total profit or loss. If you hover over the points on the graph, you can see the specifics of the tournament represented by that point. Alternatively, there is a tabular version available itemizing the tournaments.
Can I look up other players?
Yes! We charge a nominal fee for this which is clearly listed on the stats page. First, you need to purchase chips. Then simply type in the name of the person you are looking for. The price of searches goes down if you buy in bunches.
I searched a player’s stats but now I want to check that same players’ stats again. Do I have to pay again?
Player searches are good for 24 hours from the time you searched that player. After that you will have to use up a search credit to view that player.
I purchased some searches. Is there a time limit for when I have to use these?
Nope! As long as you haven’t searched on a player, your credits will be there.
Can I track cash games?
Sorry 🙁 . Currently we have no plans to track cash games. We track all Multi table tournaments. We started collecting the results for free rolls and SNGs in December.
How long will it take for my results to show?
Once the tournament is complete, it normally takes only a couple of minutes before the results show up.
I’ve waited way longer than a couple of minutes but that last result still hasn’t shown up. What up with that?
Occasionally a tournament is displayed improperly, forcing us to manually enter the result. If this is the case, you may have to wait a few hours. We’re perfect so this isn’t our fault. This happens about once a day. If 24 hours go by and you still don’t see your result, drop us a line. It normally won’t take more than a couple of hours.
I use two different screen names. Is it possible to merge them together?
The clubhouse will not merge any results of more than one player name, even if both accounts are owned by the same player.
I don’t want people looking at my stats. What can I do?
You have an option to opt out of your stats being posted. Simply go to the SwC lobby chat and type ‘#optout’ (no dummy you dont type in the quotation marks). Boom. Done. But why on earth would you want to do that??
Are there consequences to opting out?
We hope you want to play with us, and we want you to understand that
- You will no longer be able to look up your own stats.
- if you opt out, your name will no longer show up on our Leaderboards in pretty lights. You will also no longer be eligible for any of our Leaderboard prizes or any special promotions we do, that involve leaderboards.
- You will not be considered kewl and will lose the mo label, causing you to lose all respect and admiration from your fellow seal pups.
I am missing the glory of having my name in lights. Can I opt back in?
We tried to warn you, but you wouldn’t listen. At any rate, welcome back! To opt back in go to the SwC lobby chat and simply type —you guessed it ‘#optin’. To avoid abuse, you will have to wait until the first of the following month before your results will be available. So if you opt out on January 6th, you have to wait until February 1st before you will be showing in our system again. At this point, ALL of your stats, including those which you accrued during your opt-out hiatus will be made available to you and to those who purchase a search on your name.
My cheap friends are bugging me to share some searches with me. Can I do this?
Player lookups are for personal and private use only. Sharing stats or charts of other players is expressly forbidden and can lead to clubhouse account suspension/termination. Sharing your OWN chart publicly or privately is allowed.
